The Chief Commercial Officer is that single executive responsible for planning and executing every customer touchpoint, ensuring a company delivers on its value proposition in alignment with its strategic vision. It can be difficult to find the right combination of experience and cultural fit to fill this role, especially for early-revenue companies.
